Leasing Consultant – Los Angeles, CA
We are hiring for a leasing consultant for the apartment property management industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate/property management, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen.
Weekend availability is a must. Location: Los Angeles, CA Position:Â Leasing Consultant Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet guests
Conduct property tours
Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Assist residents with placing maintenance requests
Assist with the organization of package deliveries
Navigating resident concerns and escalating to the appropriate on-site representative.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent sales abilities to effectively close leasing deals
- Organized with the ability to multi-task
