Overview:
We are hiring for an experienced Maintenance Technician to assist with the Maintenance & repair of a Multifamily/Apartment properties. The ideal candidate will have general technical aptitude, problem solving ability and positive attitude to handle day-to-day maintenance needs of an apartment community.
Location: Los Angeles, CA Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:
Prepare apartment units for move-in, which can consist of drywall patching, painting, caulking tubs/showers, changing lighting fixtures, replacing toilet seats, and installing smoke detectors
Completion of day-to-day maintenance requests such as replacing GFIs, snaking tubs and toilets, repairing plumbing leaks, troubleshooting electrical issues, replacing garbage disposals, and repairing/installing other appliances
Skills Required:
Ability to follow directions/ work orders
English proficiency
Mechanical knowledge
HVAC and HVAC/R knowledge +PLUS not required
Experience working with high/low voltage systems +PLUS not required
