Position: Tax Credit Admin
City: San Francisco, CA
Range of Pay: $22.00 to $24.00
Hours are:
•Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
•Weekend availability a must as schedules are subject to change
Type: Temp-to-Hire
Job Summary:
We are hiring for an experienced Tax Credit Admin for the multifamily property management industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
Handle lease renewals and rental payments efficiently
Responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal agency regulations.
Scheduling and conducting recertifications with residents.
Entering and updating information in computer system.
Following up on work orders.
Maintaining files.
Assisting with rent collections.
Navigating resident concerns and escalating to the appropriate on-site representative.
Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi or OneSite
CRM experience
