We are hiring for an experienced Tax Credit Admin for the multifamily property management industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property management, exceptional customer service skills, and a strong sales acumen.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours for potential tenants and highlight key features
• Assist in the leasing process from application to lease signing
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Handle lease renewals and rental payments efficiently
• Responsible for compliance with all local, state, and federal agency regulations.
• Scheduling and conducting recertifications with residents.
• Entering and updating information in computer system.
• Following up on work orders.
• Maintaining files.
• Assisting with rent collections.
• Navigating resident concerns and escalating to the appropriate on-site representative.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Knowledge of property management software, such as Yardi or OneSite
• CRM experience
